Jayewardenepura Computing Symposium – 2026 (JCoS 2026)

The 1st Jayewardenepura Computing Symposium (JCoS 2026), organized by the Faculty of Computing, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, will be held on 20th May 2026 under the theme “Computing the Future: Innovation, Intelligence, and Impact.” This inaugural symposium aims to foster a strong research culture within the University while providing a dynamic platform for academics, researchers, and students to present cutting-edge findings and explore emerging trends in the field of computing. JCoS 2026 welcomes contributions across four key tracks—Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, and Computing—and encourages collaboration between the University and other institutions offering computing-related degree programs. By bringing together innovative ideas and impactful research, the symposium aspires to strengthen Sri Lanka’s national computing research ecosystem.
